1. To reinforce action in the PYP Sekolah Ciputra
2. To evaluate the implementation of this program across the PYP levels
3. To know the continuum of Action programme across the year level
4. To share some sample strategies for action empowerment from the school community
Process
- Is it an action? discussion with team and share in the whole group - 5 min
- Brainstorm any action that have been done so far in each year level
- Review Roger Hart’s Ladder of Participation and other models which might suitable for taking action analysis. - - 10 min
- Share the continuum of action in the IB programmes
- Show some sample of action based on Roger Harts’ research journal - 10 min
- 1 member from each year level visits other team to share a sample of strategy of how to record students actions
- Each team to discuss/plan any strategy for encouraging/recording actions for the next unit of inquiry 10 min
- Show some samples from other school about how they record and encourage action
- Exit Card - what they will do after the workshop
